Annual Developments in Securities Regulation

Abstract:  In 2011, faced with extremely complex internal and external environments, the securities regulatory authority steadily promoted the reform and opening up in corporate bond issuance, fraud prevention, Securities Law emendation, and RQFII implementation. Thereafter the capital market’s operational state remained stable and healthy, and the capital market’s function better played. Although the stock-market performance was unsatisfactory, regulatory reform has laid a solid foundation to promote long-term market healthy development.
