Abstract: China’s Insurance market faced many difficulties and challenges in 2011. The regulatory authority made efforts to guard against risk, defend market order, and promote industry development. Regulatory measures in the fields of auto insurance, Bancassurance, insurer subordinated term debts, and variable annuity are  hereby reviewed.
